Rocco Mazzella
Principal Owner, CEO
Rocco brings sharp focus and attention to detail, overseeing major contracts like F1 Las Vegas, the NFL Draft, and the USGA U.S. Open. He spent 14 years as Senior Director of Facilities for the Kansas City Chiefs and directed custodial operations at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom.

Matthew Price
General Manager
Matt leads daily operations, sales, logistics, and nationwide business development, ensuring quality, continuity, and world-class customer service. A relationship-building expert, he’s dedicated to giving each client the support they need.

Matt Salisbury
Director of Operations
Matt has over two decades of operations experience at resorts, events and Disney theme parks, and is instrumental at leading our teams at high volume events such as the Wisconsin State Fair, Railbird, and EDC.

Angie Washington
Director of Business Operations
Angie, with over 33 years of business and accounting experience, is a valuable member of the VenueSmart team. Angie runs the day to day operations of the home office business operation and finance department. With her extensive experience in human resources administration and bookkeeping, Angie works closely with the executive management team to oversee the strategic aspects of human capital management.

Shari Lowe Cornio
Sales & Operations Manager
Shari has almost 20 years of experience in operations and management. Shari works in the sales and operations department, currently overseeing the Kansas City Royals and other operations around the country, such as the Florida State Fair.

Skye Fabrizio
Sustainability Manager
Skye brings expertise and a deep belief in the power of sustainability to create a positive environmental impact. She works directly with you to align our recycling and waste management programs with your event’s goals, leading crews to sort materials responsibly and efficiently. During live operations, Skye coordinates on-the-ground cleaning efforts so your sustainable programs run efficiently. She also identifies opportunities to improve diversion rates and optimize processes for your future events.

Jack Horan
Operations Manager
Jack began his career with VenueSmart as an intern during his time at SUNY Fredonia. During his internship, he displayed his work ethic and dedication, and came on board full-time as a Site Manager following his graduation. At VenueSmart, Jack has assisted and led many events, putting in countless hours to make sure the job is done. He is always thinking a few steps ahead, and now leads his teams as an Operations Manager.

Ian Wellendorf
Operations Manager
Ian has been with VenueSmart for over 6 years. After starting as an intern and assisting on many events, he displayed work ethic and attention to detail. He now leads an ongoing partnership for VenueSmart and guides his teams as an Operations Manager.

Victor Dickerson
Operations Manager
Victor has been in the events cleaning business for 25+ years. Starting his career at The Walt Disney World Resort, his extensive experience brings knowledge and expertise to the team. He works on a variety of events ranging from fairs to festivals, and always shows up ready to take care of the team and client.

Joe Mazzella
Assistant Operations Manager
Joe plays a key role in business development and operations for Venuesmart, bringing a people first approach due to his background in special education and coaching. Based in Kansas City, he supports the execution of premier cleaning service events and venues nationwide. Joe is passionate about delivering excellent service and building long lasting client relationships.

Nic Bostic
Assistant Operations Manager
Nic is a part of the operations team at Venuesmart, managing trash collection teams, client service, and running on the ground event crews. Known for his friendly, hands on leadership, he takes pride in delivering smooth and successful events. Outside of his work, he enjoys fishing and hunting. Especially at his favorite spot in Ocean City, Maryland.

Tim Chapman
Assistant Operations Manager
Tim oversees event planning and execution with a sharp focus on efficiency, organization, and aligning logistics to event goals. With 3 years of experience supporting NFL Draft operations, he brings adaptability and a hands on approach to every project. Tim is valued for his steady determination, clear communication, and commitment to delivering seamless events.

Marquis Tubman
Lead Supervisor
As Lead Supervisor at Venuesmart, Marquis ensures smooth, high quality event operations by stepping in wherever he is needed. He is known for his versatility and deep operational knowledge. He has led major events like Lalapalooza and Governors Ball where he has earned trust through his reliability, leadership, and ability to run events from start to finish.

Nate Rodgers
Logistics Manager
Nate is a seasoned stadium operations professional with over 20 years of experience, including a decade with the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals. He is known for his expertise in logistics and event execution. He ensures every detail from staffing to equipment is handled with precision. Outside of work, Nate is a devoted family man who loves to travel, especially to the beach.
